Paying for a gym and a babysitter can add up...A LOT! Our fitness program offers many classes weekly to target each of the stages of parenthood including Strength, Cardio and Conditioning workouts. Classes have variable intensity based on the stage you're at, with the overall goal of helping maintain fitness throughout your life. These are not wimpy workouts. Come prepared to work hard, sweat and feel great.

Your kids love Tahoe Tot Spot, so why not plan their next birthday party with us?! Full facility rentals are available every day after regular business hours. We do the parties after the gym closes so you have the facility privately for your event. Typically you set up at 4:30 and party from 5:00-7:00. We are flexible with times, just give us a call.

Up to 15 children. $5 additional. ($40/hr for additional hours) A DIY Party at The Tot Spot includes a two hour facility rental plus 30 minutes before your party begins for set up of decorations and any snacks, treats or drinks. At the end of your party, you will have 30 minutes to clean up and carry out personal items.

An All-Inclusive Party at The Tot Spot is just as it sounds... All-Inclusive! We take all of the guess work out of planning and have everything ready for you. Just plan to arrive at the start of your facility rental time and have fun! All-Inclusive Parties feature a two hour facility rental, food (pizza or sandwiches), 24 cupcakes (your choice of chocolate or vanilla), table cloths and basic decorations. At the end of the party, you'll have 30 minutes to pack up your personal items.
